2024 Elizabeth Stampede Parking Update
Spectator parking areas have changed due to on-going construction at the park. Here’s what you need to know to ensure your rodeo and concert experiences flow smoothly.
The following parking update applies only to the rodeo performances:
The main field on the east side of County Road 17 will still be used for spectator parking and handicap parking, similar to years past. In addition, the Elizabeth Stampede has made arrangements and is funding 100% of the operating costs for a free shuttle bus service by the Elizabeth School District. This free shuttle will transport spectators between the Vendor Alley entrance and the empty lots around Crossroads—the commercial complex west of County Road 17.
The shuttle bus service will not be in place for the concert on June 6. The rodeo contestant parking lot (north of the rodeo arena) will be used for overflow parking for the concert which is within walking distance to the rodeo arena. More information regarding available parking areas can be found on the Elizabeth Stampede Concert Spectator Parking Map.
The shuttle service will pick-up spectators in front of NAPA Auto Parts and drop them off at the entrance to the rodeo ground’s Vendor Alley (numbers 1 and 2 on the Rodeo Parking Map). These same locations will play host as pickup and drop-off locations following the conclusion of the days’ events. The Rodeo Parking Map can be found here.
“The Elizabeth School District has played an integral role in determining a plan for this year’s rodeo parking, and we are grateful to them for their collaboration,” said Kevin Whitacre, President of the Elizabeth Stampede Board. “The rodeo is fully-funding the shuttle service to ensure there are no additional costs to the school district or taxpayers. All we ask is that everyone comes out, has a great time, and enjoys our favorite weekend of the year!”
ADA parking will be available in the Main Lot, and a golf cart shuttling service will be available for those in need of assistance.
