The Elizabeth Stampede runs entirely on volunteer power: more than 200 people driving 17 committees to deliver one of the finest medium-market rodeos in the country. Three days of championship rodeo and a Thursday night concert light up the arena, and the action never lets up. As one of the first rodeos out of the chute on the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) schedule, we draw some of the sport's fiercest competitors — and we follow every ride as they charge toward the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
