We require all volunteers, royalty, applicants, or anyone participating in an event for the rodeo to fill out a release of liability and indemnity waiver each year. You can download and print a copy of this waiver, then fill out the details and hand in the copy to the secretary trailer at any event. Alternatively, you can fill out the form below and click submit.
