Wes Wahlert, the Galeton, Colorado bull rider, was the winner of a pair of Justin Bent Rail Collection Boots in the 2015 Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo Contestant Incentive. Taylor Swisher, Elizabeth Stampede Youth Group Leader, drew the name of the winner from all the contestants who turned in their autographed back numbers.
