Watch where you step.
Be where all the action starts, behind the chutes of the Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo. Get close to the four-legged rodeo athletes. Meet top-ranked cowboys and cowgirls. See what happens behind the scenes as the competitors, bullfighters, pickup-men, stock contractor staff, and volunteers get ready to rodeo.
Your tour guide will be rodeo royalty or a knowledgeable volunteer. Ask questions to learn more about the sport and how the 2- and 4-legged athletes are kept safe. You may even get to meet and talk to one of the many rodeo champions who compete at the Elizabeth Stampede.
Sign up and meet your tour guide in Vendor Alley at the Stampede Foundation Tent. Tours take place 1 hour before each rodeo performance. Space is limited so come early, get your name on the list. Then browse and bid on the Elizabeth Stampede Foundation’s silent auction.
Find out more any time at the Foundation Tent or the Information Booth. Safety for everyone is our first concern, so please be prepared to follow the guide’s instructions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
